3 Key Points from This Episode:
- Think about what you have to offer. From there, think about the different partners you can collaborate with that you can either offer what you have to them, or offer what you have to their audiences.
- Don’t be so afraid that people will steal your new product or services ideas that you don’t test it out first. You need to get out and talk to your ideal audience and see if the product or service you want to offer is sellable or not, and without getting out there and talking to people about it first you’ll never know if what you have is the right path or if it’s a dead end.
- It’s one thing to spend all of your day working in your business, but if you don’t actually take that time to step back from your business and take some time to reflect, then there’s no way to drive that business forward. Taking that time to step back, make sure everything is working, making sure you’re focusing on the right priorities, etc., is critical for keeping your business on track and moving in the right direction.
